My arena level wasn't updating in the actual game as I leveled up in the app. I went to the safe house down the stairs from the arena and slept (saving the game). I turned off my PS4. Turned it back on, went straight back to the arena and I finally caught up to the level I was in the app (level 11). But the bushman still wasn't unlocked.
