For bluetooth devices, do steps 1-6 with the ‘Bluetooth’ category, and ‘Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)’ device instead. Check to see that other devices are receiving internet. Try rebooting the router if not. Please call your ISP for more information. If possible, try a different wi-fi adapter or ethernet cable on the PC in question.

You absolutely need the antennas for Bluetooth. I could pair my (pretty expensive) Jabra Evolve 75 with my mobo's Bluetooth adapter without any problems, but streaming music was super stuttery, completely unusable. As soon as I attached the two antennas (and I did nothing else, literally just attached the antennas), streaming was perfect.

I realized that bluetooth was gone only because my Xbox controller won't connect. I restarted the computer few times, no luck (including power it off and remove the plug from the socket for few minutes). Another issue is that I can't install W11 because "TPM 2.0 is not enabled". 0CIGHm.
