Bluearm icon=lmb=left click. Red arm icon=shift=grab. Yellow head icon=E. Green leg icon=space. And if it appears a white icon ,i think it s rmb=right click (starting the block by holding in open conflict) , or W and rmb to start running away. Or maybe F (the target locking for throwables). I am sure there is a way to replace the controls but
Assassins Creed II does support X-Input (Xbox based) controllers, so if you have one of these available you should be able to plug it in and use it in-game.
