DON’T visit Charles Bridge during peak hours. The Charles Bridge is Prague’s Eiffel Tower or Big Ben or Sagrada Familia. Any Google Images search of “Prague” will result in countless photos of this bridge. You can’t come to Prague and not walk across the Charles Bridge. But you should avoid a visit during peak hours. Prague is a fantastic city to live - i am comparing 27 years living in Germany. There's 0% (!) unemployment rate in Prague, the public transportation is working and in Prague the most people are speaking better English than e.g. in Stuttgart/Germany. Prague is full of culture, activities, definitely anything else then boring. To me, 3 days in Prague will be perfect. I did make the best use of my day and a half in Prague and had a great time there. We covered pretty much the Old Town, the Little Quarter, the Castle District, the Jewish Quarter and the Wenceslas square. My only regret is that we missed seeing the inside of St. Vitus.
spend one day in the castle area, one day in the old town and one day on petrin hill and the upper castle area. take a day trip out to karlstejn castle which can be easily made by train. hold the last day to look at things that interest you on the first four days and which you would like to have a closer look at (such as vysehrad, the original prague castle)
Prague Castle. This huge castle is the biggest castle complex in the world, a UNESCO heritage site and is considered by many people to be the main attraction of Prague. Take a trip around the grounds and be sure to witness the changing of the guards at 12.00.
Answer 1 of 34: I am thinking 7 days total of a trip to Prague and Vienna. May 28th till June 5th. Thinking of flying out of CVG in Cincinati to Prague and then after a few days to Vienna and finally back to CVG from Vienna.
4 Days in Prague with Kids. Another exciting place for children in Prague is Aqua Park in Aquapalace Hotel. It has incredible water attractions, pools and slides for the whole family. Kids will be able to splash in the pools, slide down the water slide, explore the pirate ship and feel the real sea rocking.

Prague is a city rich in history – it dates back to 870 AD. There are lots of things to see and explore, so even on a rainy day, you'll never run out of things to do. You can check out some of the city's finest museums, like the National Museum, the Cold War Museum, and the Museum of Communism. Prague Castle and Old Town Square can still

8 to 10 days isn't too much in Prague. I've been here for 20 years and am still finding out new things about the city:-) It is a great place to base yourselves and then make day trips. Or a 2-3 day trip to Cesky Krumlov, as tejashombre suggested.

7 days is the longer end of normal for Berlin (I'd say the range is 4-7 days), way too much for Prague, which needs 3-4 total. If you want to include Krakow and Budapest in a similar manner, don't add any new destinations, but instead do Berlin for 5-6, Prague for 4, Krakow+Auschwitz+one of Zakopane/Tatras or Wroclaw for 5, Budapest for 5.
Florence & Tuscany. Spend one week in the heart of Italy. Florence is the art capital of the world, filled with some of the best art museums in Europe. It’s also a beautiful city to wander, with towers to climb, places to go shopping, and lots of gelato to eat. After you had your fill of Florence, journey into Tuscany. The Quick Answer As a minimum, I would suggest three days (or 2-3 days), as anything less will feel very rushed and the chances are that most places you visit will turn into a bit of a blur. Three days is enough to visit the Prague Castle, walk in the centre and across the Charles Bridge, stop for a coffee or lunch and visit one or two museums.

STEP ONE: Heat the water in a large stock pot on the stove over medium to medium-high heat. Add the remaining brine ingredients. Cook for 5-10 minutes, until the sugar and salts are dissolved. STEP TWO: Allow the corned beef brine to cool to room temperature before adding it to any meat.
